What data we process

This site has no forms or user accounts. If you book on WhatsApp or by phone, your details stay in that conversation and are only used to handle your booking.

Analytics cookies (only if you accept)

With your permission we use Google Analytics 4 to measure visits and which sections are used (for example, how many people open the menu or tap «Book»). It sets the _ga and _ga_* cookies, lasting up to 2 years. The provider is Google Ireland Ltd.; data may be processed outside Nicaragua. If you decline, nothing from Google is loaded.

Technical storage (no consent needed)

We store your cookie choice in your browser and, if you use it, your «My list» selection. They never leave your device and you can delete them from your browser.

You can accept or decline analytics at any time from «Cookie settings», in the footer of every page.

Your rights
